RecommendedBought a used Ping Driver. Staff was helpful when I was trying it out. Adjusted it a couple times for me. After I decided to buy it he searched around for a headcover for me and a wrench. My local Edwin Watts (Nashville) has never done that for me and I have bought plenty of used/demo clubs from them. They didn't have a large selection of used clubs the service was second to none.
Very helpful. I am far from a good golfer, but the people at this store still took the time to let me use the fitting machine. They helped me choose the correct driver for my swing. Also got and really good deal!
This is the best golf store I have ever been in!! I had the best customer service ever. All of the guys in there are great. I bought a set of clubs and kept them about a week. They had told me if I didn't like them I could bring them back! So I did!! They gave me a store credit for 100% of what I gave for the clubs. I got another set. Those didn't work for me either. Just walked in with $600 to buy a new driver. 3 staff members behind the counter, and no customers in the store. As in walk in, the staff glanced at me, then all at once, they exit the room to leave me completely alone in the store. I stood around waiting for help, yet no one to be found. I’ll GLADLY go a mile down the road and buy the same driver from The Golf Outlet and their friendly, helpful staff.
Did a fitting with Hank. Great care was given and very knowledgeable about industry trends. Felt very comfortable with my purchase
