Customer Service was AWFUL! Walked in planning to get fitted and spend $1000 on a set of clubs but the service I was given, was so horrible that I left. No one seem to have time to help 1 of 3 customers that was in the store, yes only 3 people. Then they tried to sell me a used set that was beat to HELL for 200 less than New Ones. Have always liked Edwin Watts maybe its Golf Galaxy thats causing the issue or maybe they just don't care. Wish I could give Zero Stars extremely disappointed
I will never spend another dime in this or any other Edwin watts store. If they were the only store to sell golf equipment I would quit Golf. The assistant manager in this store on Abercorn is the rudest self absorbed used car salesmen you will ever see. I once took a set of irons to trade in and without looking at the value in the computer he says 70 dollars I called back the next day and another employee looked up the clubs like they are supposed to and the told me the low end was 120 so he basically tried to cheat a custo... read more

Employees were very friendly and a good variety of everything. Paul Johnson was very helpful and patient.
Who needs demo clubs to try out when Watts has a 90 Day Satisfaction for all clubs I purchase. You name it and they have it!
