We have had our taxes done 2 years in a row here and have had issues both years. Last year, my fiance's tax return was deposited into his ex wife's account and they offered no assistance. This year, my tax return was not filed for several weeks after I signed it. Had I not been checking for the status, I'm not sure how long it would have taken them to discover it.
