RUN AWAY! Lots of miscommunications in this company, rude staff who hung up on us as a long term client and then lied about it to their boss, the boss covering up staff's rude behavior and refusing to acknowledge it, lack of communication between staff members about which services they offer resulting in 2 different answers, questionable billing tactics .......red flags for miles. Unhappy after several years using this company. They just didn't offer services I needed, had a lot of miscommunication towards the end of our business relationship, and ultimately one of the staff was very rude to a loyal customer and then defended by the owner. After discontinuing service had a new book keeper review things and lots was missed. I would not personally return to using this service.
