The worst ever. Kim was assigned as the executor of the will. She didn't do the research necessary to see there was a trust involved so she made everything so much worse than it ever needed to be during such a difficult time. Didn't return any phone calls or emails or even notes on the office door. A YEAR LATER and she still hadn't done what needed to be done. Complete lack of communication and follow up.
