I don't know what this guy does for a living, but I don't think it's real estate law. I found him on Craigslist advertising that he specializes in removing clouds from titles. As it happens I have a couple properties with that problem. I explain the situation to him and he says he doesn't know what to do. Excuse me? Do you know how to clear titles or don't you? Don't bother calling him.

I called Edwin's law firm to find out if I needed and lawyer for my problem. I've always kept in mind something my father told me growing up: "Never ask a barber if you need a haircut." Well, I didn't get to talk with Edwin but one of his staff offered to listen to me to see if he thought Edwin could help. Long story short... this fellow listened to everything I wanted to tell him, even the stuff that didn't matter. Mr Fahlen was really helpful on commercial lease. I call him and he taking his time to explain about the commercial lease. No commercial lease control in Orange County, CA. So business owner smart enough planning to move or buy your own building don't let greedy landlord taking advantage jack up the rent while you waiting for the loan process.
