We loved our Stressless chairs when they were new, but in time the chair cushions and backs broke down and became very uncomfortable. Stressless knows this happens because they make replacement cushions and backs. Problem is that Edwards has no one to make these repairs so we are sol. Their only solution is that want to sell us replacement chairs for $3,300. There is no way as new chairs will again break down. Extremely disappointed. Thomas
