I had an excellent experience. I was having trouble using the on-line app. I was trying to transfer funds within my account. I was getting frustrated, but a technical named Leah took her time and walked me through all required steps to make the transfer happen. Leah has a great attitude and is excellent at what she does. She also showed me some other uses for the on-line app. A great learning experience. Thanks Leah!
I have been a member of the credit union for 2002 or 2003. The customer service used to be great and if you called customer service, they would help you without transferring you to someone who might or might not get back to you. SO - had a truck payment that was being processed through EFCU Payment Service. This service stopped during their transition to the new platform and I was never notified. I had a great customer service experience with the employee, Lia. Lia is very knowledgeable and helpful in teaching me how the credit union app works even amidst the newest app updates. She is very personable and talked about a variety of topics while helping me. I am very pleased with Edwards Credit Union because of her assistance.
I literally just left the Palmdale branch and I was met with bad aura also they told my wife tht they have to see if I even am eligible just off of my look then I was talked to before it got busy and I was put to the side while the helped a white couple I was there for hrs
I had a mess with my account and was lucky enough to have Cecelia be my teller. Not only was she kind and pleasant, but she spent over a half an hour making fore everything was taken care of. I have never had such amazing service with a bank teller before. Thank you, Cecelia!
