It always seems understaffed! I am simply trying to make a cash withdrawal (get access to my own money) and I have to wait in line 20+ minutes regularly. Then, when I do get to be served, they offer a CD savings account, tell me all the good things about opening one. I agree to do it! Oh wait, we don't have anyone who can help with that at this time... I would need to make an appointment to come back another time to set this up. Why offer???
