Extremely poor communication and professionalism. They did not complete the return on time which led to the return being late and fees occurring. They did not reach out to let us know if there were any additional information needed, and were almost impossible to reach with questions. Additionally, even though they allowed the return to be delinquent, they requested payment before filing.
They are always so helpful! They bend over backwards to help each time I go in!
