I mean they apologized for allowing a response to sit in the draft part of her email for 6 months that was needed to start the back and forth of the separation agreement. I was informed that legally I could do whatever I wanted while we were working out the details and they removed the charge of the internal emails of tracking down the signed separation agreement that they lost within their office.

I got divorced in 2005-2006. In a time after I caught my wife cheating and we were going to divorce, I was going to get taken to the cleaners. I had the proof and when my Ex tried to pull a fast one (don't read, sign here) I hired Charlene. She was sympathetic and yet gave me the guidance to do what had to be done. As I look back I realize just how good she was then and if I had to get divorced again she's on top of the list of who i'd call.
