I go here for fingerprinting. Each time it's great service and the music is awesome as they play nice gospel. Customer service is quick fast and polite.
Latonya was super rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment set for 6:20pm. I called at 6:21pm because I was in area but drove passed because my gps said turn right and I walked in the building at 6:25 pm she said I'm in the middle of a webinar I usually have my doors locked . I told her I had an appointment at 6;20 and I tried to call to get exact location she responded what good would that have done if I'm in a webinar, like don't have 6:20 listed as a time to come in if that's upsetting to you .
