I go here for fingerprinting. Each time it's great service and the music is awesome as they play nice gospel. Customer service is quick fast and polite.

Latonya was super rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment set for 6:20pm. I called at 6:21pm because I was in area but drove passed because my gps said turn right and I walked in the building at 6:25 pm she said I'm in the middle of a webinar I usually have my doors locked . I told her I had an appointment at 6;20 and I tried to call to get exact location she responded what good would that have done if I'm in a webinar, like don't have 6:20 listed as a time to come in if that's upsetting to you . The space was clean and organized and the service was quick and efficient. The staff was nice and playing gospel music

This was my first visit to have my taxes done by Ms Latonia and I loved everything from the moment I walked in. The friendliness and professionalism of staff was above and beyond. Ms Latonia was very knowledgeable and was extremely forthcoming with information. She came highly recommended by my older sister, and I am also highly recommending her.
