BEWARE!!!!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH on this company, and possibly have your attorney involved when dealing with them. We hired Edward Wolff & Associates to collect debt from an outstanding bill in June 2025. We have not heard anything back from this company to this day, they have blocked our emails, blocked our phone calls, and has stopped any type of communication. Sent over all information requested to start collection process and never heard back once documents were signed. Now their website is inactive and phone number does not work.
Never work with these people, they are fraud and liars, they call and call because they want your business and when you do and they get the money they ignore you COMPLETELY, no one answers the phone it’s been 2 months since they got there money and they still haven’t paid me my part yet. The woooorst company to work with, these reviews are a lie, they were suppose to pay me out a check because they were helping me recover money that was owed to me by someone else and they KEPT THE MONEY! They are fraud! No one answers the phone whatsoever. My experience with Edward Wolff And Associate has not been great. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone in that office or let alone Jeremy I’ve called left messages text messages and no one returns my calls, when they were first requesting our service they kept calling and calling us and once we gave them the business, they have not communicated with us but to tell us, yes we got the COLLECTION for you.
