My experience with Jennifer Brunsting Otr/l was deeply disappointing and completely unprofessional. At my initial appointment, she wrongly told me my insurance hadn't been approved and claimed they had been calling and leaving voicemails for days. When I asked what number they had been calling, she couldn’t answer—because she had the wrong patient entirely. This location is extremely professional and always willing to work with your schedule. I had Stacey as my physical therapist and she was professional, kind, and helped me through a tear in my Achilles heel. I highly recommend her for your physical therapy needs!
Amazing staff and place. Charges for services complete JOKE. 750 bucks for 3 exercises, impossible, now times that by 8, not funny. Even with a “good” insurance im still billed over 600 dollars. Let’s be reasonable with your pricing. Fix it.
