Edward Oliver and Bellis are very efficient, professional and pragmatic. I would highly recommend them for a variety of areas. When it comes to property conveyancing they are far better than any of lawyers I have previously dealt with.
We had no choice but to use them unfortunately. I have terminal cancer and asked them to do some work in June. To date, nothing at all done. We have tried to communicate with them on 24 occasions and they've only replied twice and one of those was incorrect information. The worst delaying tactics, refusing to communicate totally for past 2 months. We are desperate for this work to be done. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!! These CLOWNS have been dealing with an estate sale for over two years. They are the slowest most incompetent group of scam artists ever. Everything moves at a snails pace and you get zero updates on progress. They should have gone out of business in the 70s. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Avoid!! Amy completely unhelpful. £150 for a 10 minute consultation for advice you can get online. Took my wife's trust for months and smashed it to pieces after the recent death of her family member its completely broken my wife now. She trusted Amy to help her especially as we have 2 young children. But dropped the case when things got hard.
Great experience buying my first home! Amy was very helpful and was always easy to get in contact with. Stress free process thank you Amy and her secretaries!
