I’ve had my taxes done here for three years now, always a positive experience. Taxes are prepared properly and professionally. Shea is the best!
We've been using this firm for 20 plus years. It's unfortunate professionalism has gone down hill since Ed Oberman passed away. Recently our experience is that don't bother to return phone calls or emails regarding issue with deadlines associated and when I follow up I'm told they are busy with other issues much bigger than ours. Made us feel small and not valued. I do not recommend this firm any longer. Needless to say my issue has gone unresolved even after Icalled and spoke to the office manager.
