We are extremely pleased with Ned Barron of Charter Oak. He helped us with all of our needs for updating our wills, POA, etc. Not only was he very professional, but he always thoroughly explained the documents and asked all the right questions to be sure that we got what we needed accomplished. My husband and I would highly recommend him.
Excellent experience! Ned created a revocable living trust for me - impeccable attention to detail, not only prepared high quality material but spent the time to walk me through everything, answering my questions patiently and thoroughly. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Ned.
Delayed a closing for a simple deal for "personal reasons." Later found out that it was his lack of preparation. He was $100 cheaper then the better lawyer, but nearly cost me the deal. Be careful with Attorney Barron if a real-estate Purchase is Valuable to you. And you certainly will not call my review fake or I will gladly upload all of our emails and contract.
Edward / Ned Barron was recommend to me by a close friend in Ridgefield to handle a real-estate Transaction. My x-wife and I thought this could be done in an amicable manner. We did not want to drag our children through a long, ugly, process. I soon realized that Ned was not as pro-family as he proclaims.
