Horrible Service Incompetent company These guys are understaffed and you pay the price for it....literally. Shortly after we paid our fee for them we got a letter from members of their staff saying they had left Ed's firm to start their own, and asked us if we wanted to move our case over to them. This should have been our first clue that thing were going wrong at Ed's firm. They tried to make us file for a chapter 13 when it was obvious that in a year we would be in a spot where we needed to file for a chapter 7. They strun... read more
Waste of time and (more) money My daughter met with this attorney in February. He said it would only take 30 days to get everything done. It is now June and nothing has happened. Her calls were not returned, she was billed for a free consultation and told there was nothing she could do about that billing. I don't what happened from the great review below, but it would have been better for her to try and get out of this mess herself. This was a big scam. A waste of time and money and has her in tears.
The real deal! If you are considering bankruptcy, call Mr. Edward Levy! My husband and I had considered filing bankruptcy for several years after a rather nasty car accident left me out of work for 2 years. We spoke with an attorney who confirmed for us what most people think of attorneys, sleazebag... So, we tried for a time to resolve our financial issues, with no luck.
