IDK how this place functions, there seems to be no one that assist in someone else’s absence. I have tried for nearly 3 weeks to get a hold of Ms. Wilson and each time I am told she is unavailable. Never calls back never emails back. I have asked to speak with someone at corporate and they assured me someone would call and no one called or emailed. This, IMO, is horrible customer service. Go somewhere else!
Tanisha is very knowledgeable and takes a personable approach to help achieve financial goals. I would highly recommend her to everyone who is looking for financial freedom.
