Don't bother with Shelly, she is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Completely useless service and no real advice given. Shrugs you off and rushes you through. SHELLY IS INCREDIBLY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! HER STAFF IS INCREDIBLY RUDE, INCOMPETENT, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If I could, I would rate with negative stars. Worst experience in Los Alamos county with any business.
I have had a very good experience in this office. My needs are met. Advice is given. Diane, the receptionist is especially fantastic.
