I cannot recommend. Shawna advised me to set up a 401k for my business with only 2 employees. I asked what would happen if I sold the business. I was told the 401k could simply be rolled over to an IRA. That change actually incurred a cost of $750 for termination. I had also asked if the fees were worthwhile for a plan with only 2 employees.
