Very let down. I called in with the hopes of moving some investments to them in addition to setting up my son w a Roth IRA and helping him begin his investing career. Surprisingly, after speaking with the receptionist I didn't feel like they had much desire and certainly no urgency to work with me, for some reason. Scott and Melanie are great. Scott has help our family with many things. He’s done three generations of financial help. He’s like family. He’s the nicest man and will go out of his way to help and he’s extremely knowledgeable. Our family is in good hands with Scott.
Scott and Melanie help me with questions and do not try to rush me because they have someone waiting to see him. They are both very knowledgeable, friendly and let you know what's going on with your account and send emails with updates.
