Lots of delays and non-responsive office. Promises of a call back, NOTHING. They have all contact info for our corporate officer. From October 27 to Nov 29 they have not successfully activated a new account and now jeopardize a donation, we were expecting this tax year. They finger point with their headquarters and take no accountability. The support in office is lame and uninterested.
