I liked Mary Jane and Robert when I meet them. Setup my account and signed all the paperwork. A week or 2 later I get paperwork in the mail with my middle initial wrong. I called customer service immediately. Customer service said sorry about that and we will fix it. So they tell me everything is fix and I ended the call. Weeks later I get 2 more letters with my name wrong again. I take this as a sign and decided to cut my losses and close my account. Mary Jane was apologetic and offered to correct the mistake.
