Disappointing that he gets his secretary to talk for him instead of explaining things to me personally. (Which nobody explained anything to me even after I asked for clarification). This is an unacceptable way of conducting business. I’m tired of being treated like an idiot. I will not recommend Edward Jones. Go somewhere else more professional.
