Rick and his son Gary are very professional, polite, and humble, they understand your needs and try to find a way to help you solve them. However their receptionist Monica has an attitude like no one else, and for being in the customer service business she definitely fits the rude etiquette, if you run a business with someone like that I doubt many people want to be part of it.
