In my opinion, Lori and Paul are/were both very unprofessional! Rude assistant from the initial call! Meeting scheduled and no call from Paul! When contact was made by Paul, he wanted to refer me to another Edward Jones representative. Obviously he does not need or want the business!
Paul is always very professional and helpful. He has helped me with my retirement planning and with my investment planning for my grandchildren. He is always prompt to get back to me and answer any questions I have. I have used him for my financial planning for over 20 years. His office assistant, Lori, is very helpful and professional also.
Paul guided and protected my parents’ finances in their retirement years, which sustained them well through their expensive nursing home experience. He has been an invaluable resource for our family. Paul is personable, trustworthy, and extremely professional.
