Called this Edward Jones location to make an appointment to speak to an advisor. Lady answering phones told me that noone was available to speak to me because they were in some kind of management meeting. When the advisor himself finally calles me back he said he couldn't return the call the same day because of Covid. Different story. When I explained to him that I was meeting with another financial advisor because the responded promplty to my call, he hung up on me in mid sentence. Very rude, very unprofessional.
