I would have made more money just doing a regular no load SP500 fund. This Edward Jones office will charge you a 5.75% FEE to invest your money in their American Funds. The American Funds expense ratios are super high in relation to others and under perform the SP 500. High fees are charged for stock trades that are completely free at other institutions. My mother passed away and so I inquired what her assets were invested in and was completely shut down given no information, very suspicious and crazy the way I was treated. ... read more

This Edward Jones office will charge you 5 3/4% to invest your money in a front end loaded under performing American Fund mutual fund.
