I went to discuss investing a large sum of money the other day… Sign at the door stated “OPEN” - no sign stating ‘masks required’ and no mask on the secretary. Door was locked. Wait for her to come to the door and asked if they were closed, told no, they were open. If you want top notch customer service from a financial advisor, then this is the man you need. 5 stars are not enough to rate for Mike at Edward Jones. He treats his customers as friends and goes above and beyond to show them that he cares about them. He is very honest and genuine and that's hard to find in today's society.
