Unfortunately we had a horribly confusing and disappointing experience with this agent. ( I must say that we have switched EJ agents in a nearby town and have been extremely pleased and satisfied with the explanations and customer service!) We were new to Retirement Savings Strategies and to Retirement Income Strategies and Ms.Tingle was recommended to us. Melinda has been working with us for over 10 years now. We’ve done very well by her. She’s very friendly, she knows her clients, and I would recommend her to anyone!
