Rich Ball is knowledgeable, kind and takes his time to explain things clearly for people( like me) who are new to investing. That said, he has never steered us wrong His assistant Lisa is simply the best... the office itself is really comfortable and they make you feel like family.... it's always a bit scary to put your money in someone else's hands but when you get the returns we have it gets much easier! Our retirement has never looked better!!
Rich is not only wonderfully skillful at managing the technicalties of portfolios, with a depth and breath of training and a superbly professional dedication to monitoring the changes in the elements which influence a portfolio, he is incredibly good at translating the technicalities of portfolio management into language which laypeople can understand. I find that invaluable. It allows me to assess my circumstances with greater confidence in my decisons.
Rich is a smart and driven person who really cares about his clients. I have my Roth IRA through Edward Jones, and I am pleased with my account performance, but even more please with the personal care and attention that Rich provides. My life as a business owner is very busy, and Rich literally went the extra mile to come to my house with paperwork to make a transaction easy.
