Good friendly staff. Edward Jones has a good philosophy, but they give you the freedom to make decisions while walking alongside you in your journey towards retirement.
I saw the last review about Jill, and just had to let everyone know how happy I am with her! She is very attentive and caring. I am VERY happy Matt passed my account along to her. She has excellent communication skills. She doesn't talk down to people. You can absolutely tell she cares about you as a human being and your portfolio for your quality of life and her career (in that order!). I highly endorse Jill Walsh.
Horrible place do not go here. I had my account transferred to help out the town a lived in and I am EXTREMELY sad I did this. Apparently Matt was too busy to handle my account and then it was passed to Jill Walsh who is absolutely horrible! Mind you I was never told this was happening it just did. I had my account transferred as Jill is incompetent! Considering the business is under Matthew's name you would think he would take it back but he won't so clearly he doesn't care about his customers either. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEAD... read more
