The staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly. Marsha is top notch and knows this business well.
Very disappointed with my Roth IRA investment. I felt the fees were too much for such a small monthly investment. I felt Marcia was condescending when I asked her to explain the fees. I actually lost $ with this Roth. I have pulled all investments even though I'd been with EJ for over 20 years.
