Went in to discuss my existing account that was being held at the Alcoa branch. I listened to his pitch about their new investing process and declined the upsell. He promised he'd reach out to the other branch and request my account be moved to the Lenoir City branch, but I never heard back. Now I have to find time to drive to Alcoa to discuss my account.
