Laura and Margaret are awesome. Extremely responsive, friendly, and they will bend over backwards for you. The fee structure of EJ as a whole though is quite egregious. I had a portion of an IRA with EJ for just about 9 months and it cost me nearly $2,000 in fees during that time for returns that essentially kept up with the market fluctuations but were equally achievable elsewhere without the fees.
