From what we have learned and experienced, he is so very patient and makes sure that you completely understand your options and the direction that he suggests that you take. He explains each situation to where it is very easy to understand. So far I am very pleased with him. His secretary DiDi is also very polite and knowledgeable. She is very willing to help and answer any questions you have.
