Had a really disappointing experience with Ken. After canceling two meetings due to unavoidable conflicts, they abruptly ended our professional relationship. This lack of flexibility and understanding was surprising, especially since I’d expected a higher level of client service. If you’re looking for an advisor who is flexible, values client needs and is not at the end of their career, I’d look elsewhere.
Ken always does a thorough job and provides excellent advice.
