I had an account that was with John Skinner for many years, I inquired through the office staff that I needed clarity about the account expenses that are not clear on the reports. John Skinner called me back angry, accused me of saying that something dishonest was happening. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Needless to say, I have moved my account. The office staff was very professional.
