I this office is more interested in developing friendships than administering any financial business. The office is terrible at keeping customers informed about their investments, fails to return calls and makes unrealistic assumptions. If you are willing to invest in becoming a ‘friend’ you probably won’t have those problems. However I don’t know why anyone would want to give business where you are charged by how much you will deposit with them rather than what they do for you.
