If I could give this business less than 1 star, I would. My grandmother has had stocks with this branch and 529 accounts for us grandchildren as well. She has since been diagnosed with Dementia, and this branch will not accept any legal documents stating that my brother is the Power of Attorney. They are unknowledgeable, and do not understand the way a Legal Will works. Would not reccomend this team to anyone. They also refuse to speak to anyone about this, hanging up on us, and not replying to emails.
Jeremy and Sarah are a great team. We have recommended them to all our family and friends. Whether you have a lot to invest or a little, rolling over an account from somewhere else.... they will be there for you.
