Today my husband and I visited our Edward Jones adviser for our yearly review and worked with our new Financial advisor, Roger Almeida. We truly felt like we are in very good hands with Roger and was more than pleased with his knowledge and expertise and professionalism. I would highly recommend this firm to handle your finances and retirement affairs.
My advisor in MN had me go to a branch in Florida to resolve a wrong birth date issue. I was told they couldn't help me since I don't use this branch. You could have offered to talk to my agent to see if you could have resolved the issue. Now I can tell you for sure I would NEVER use your branch. You reap what you sow. I will not give anyone recommendations for your location either.
