We were tossed to another agency with out our consent and were blind sided with excuses after being clients for many years. Ultimately, it doesn't matter the investments and relations you have built w/ this company, they will toss you out to accommodate their workload and what works best for them, not their clients and the client's investments. He makes sure that he completely understands your investment and insurance needs and then he recommends the best options to meet those needs.
