Not helpful for me at all. Horrible at communicating. She NEVER educated me or consulted me for anything unless I prompted it. She was rarely in the office at the times I would go in to conduct business. I had to go through corporate office to handle things. She never properly advised me in any way except getting wayyyyyy too personal and judgmental of what I do with my money. She never tried to get to know me or anything about me in 10+ years.
