When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a very kind lady, Lori I believe, and was asked to wait, as I didn't have an appointment. Ann quickly came out to see who I was and see what she could do for me. When she spoke, she knew what she was talking about and didn't blow smoke or play charades. I loved how responsive she was to where I wanted to put my investments and wanted to do everything she could to earn my business. She was very polite, precise and to the point.
