David Campbell is Not a 4 or a 3 or even a 2 star advisor. I've been trying to leave him since March (he finally released my last of many "holds" in late July absolutley ridiculous how he held on to my accounts and made it extremely difficult to get my money out!) In fact, he made his assistant do the transfers and that's probablyt why it took so long.
