Always been happy with their service. Very friendly and willing to do what ever it takes to answer your questions and concerns. Been a happy customer for years.
I would have to say that he seemed to be pretty trust worthy, but I feel like he doesn't tell you up front and doesn't explain in detail the differences in cost between different investments. Being new to these investments we weren't sure of all the questions to ask, I feel that because of that, he took advantage and we have since pulled some of our money out and have gone else where for other investments. We have retirement accounts with him and if we pull them out costs us more money :(
