Claudine and her team are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I was told by family to contact her after my grandma's recent passing, and when I did the team instantly knew exactly what I needed and helped me through the whole process. I have a tight schedule during business hours and live in a different timezone but they didn't even flinch at finding a phone appointment that would work for my schedule.
