Sigh* I hate giving bad reviews , but really I dont even know what this guys problem is... I spoke with his team member on Friday and she was very helpful and kind stating: "Let me talk to ____ about this. One of us will give you a call back on Monday and if we cant help you we will find someone who can." Monday (right before lunch time) this person calls me back and his voice was annoyed and unmistakabley dismissive. Chris is very personable and professional. He has helped me with my investments and made the process uncomplicated. He listens to me and I believe he has guided me wisely.
