I left Chad and Edward Jones when I married. They received critical information from an active insurance provider and he and his staff simply trashed the notices. They never communicated with me and my phone number has never changed. The minute they stop receiving income from a customer, they write you off! Extremely unprofessional.
Chad and his team has helped us late in our retirement planning, and has done a great job ensuring we have a comfortable retirement. Rebecca and Marita are a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Love them all.
