Carlos does a great job explaining complicated investment jargon at my level. He's friendly and provides the personal experience we wanted. Rachel is easy to work with, kind, and efficient; she even keeps activities for the kids during our visits! Not one of those places where you will get lost in a sea of more wealthy clients. Everyone is an important person to them! This is our fifth Edward Jones agent in our travels, and he is our favorite by far!!!
